At MFS/STONES, we want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, please review our policy below to ensure eligibility.
Return Eligibility
Returns are not accepted for engraved, custom, or made-to-order pieces due to their custom nature.
To qualify for a return, items must be unworn and in their original packaging. Taxes are refundable. Items purchased with store credit are not eligible for return.
Timeframe for Returns
Customers must contact
[email protected] regarding their intention to return an item within 3 days of delivery, as reported by the shipping carrier.
Refunds are issued for the full purchase amount. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and for ensuring the item is returned safely. To ensure a secure return, we strongly recommend purchasing insurance and signature confirmation for your return shipment.
The return shipment must be sent within 7 days of initiating the return.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
